If your vehicle has been booked in as a Drop & Go, Courtesy Car, or Collection & Delivery appointment, it is fitted in around those who are waiting on site, meaning there is no fixed time for your vehicle to be completed, and it will be ready by the end of day (18:00 latest, depending on the appointment outcome). If you need your vehicle for a certain time, do let us know and we can do our utmost to get your vehicle ready for then, or you can book a waiting appointment and your vehicle will be worked on at the time it is booked for, 08:30 or 13:00 for example. I feel Sydnee really put effort into picking the right car for me as I came out with a completely different car as to what I originally went in for and I’m so glad she recommended the one she did to me as I can honestly say I’ve never been so happy with a car before !! Everybody in-fact is so friendly and just genuinely down to earth people. No pressure, no big egos just genuinely lovely people who made me feel super comfortable. "Since 2013 I had purchased my previous two new cars from Hawkins Kia Hayle, and the level of service has always been extremely good. After my last purchase of a new Rio back in 2015, ten years later and the time had finally come to say goodbye to the Rio, and move up to a larger and more powerful car. I settled on a new Kia Cee'd, and after visiting this dealership, the level of service I received was just as good as with my previous two new car purchases from them. This time around the sales exec who I dealt with from inception to completion and handover was a lady called 'Francisca Costa Pereira'. Francisca was brilliant! She organised everything I had requested, made a fantastic part-ex trade in for the old Rio, and arranged to have all the many optional extras that I had requested fitted to the new Cee'd, including the printing and fitting of a new private plate all well in time for the handover day. Full marks to Francisca for providing me with a top-notch experience when buying a new car from Hawkins Kia Hayle. Will continue to use this dealership for many years to come."
