We are a family business established in 1933 and currently employ over 250 staff members and represent 6 brands at locations throughout Cornwall.
We are looking for an individual to join us as a Warranty Administrator at our Head Office in St Stephen.
This is key role within the Service Department, working closely with our Service Manager and Service Advisors and as well dealing with our manufacturers directly.
The position is full time and you must be able to work both individually and as part of a team, be conscientious, systematic and have a high level of attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:

Processing and managing all Warranty related claims, rejections, queries and payments

Maintain an accurate and up to date warranty register and ensure return parts are correctly labelled, identified and returned to the manufacturer if requested

Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, on time and that it complies with our company and manufacturers procedures and rules

Liaising internally and with manufacturers on the progress of ongoing work
Ideally you will have:

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to form positive working relationships with colleagues and customers

Self-disciplined with an attention to detail and accuracy

Able to prioritise and meet deadlines and time scales

Positive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving

Previous automotive experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in this role would be an advantage however it is not essential if you can demonstrate a basic level of technical knowledge as training will be provided.
The position is 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) with a Competitive salary based on experience.
